This size specification must be strictly adhered to in preparation of your posters. Please be sure to create posters in portrait (Vertical format) format, not in landscape format.

AV and Room Equipment

Each presentation will be allocated a 13 minute slot. Actual presentations must not exceed 10 minutes leaving 3 minutes for questions. Timing will be strictly enforced so please ensure that you have rehearsed the timing of your talk beforehand.

The standard equipment in the room is comprised of a video-projector (without a computer) with a VGA cable, and a power strip. Speakers are assumed to bring their own laptop and the necessary adaptors to plug it to the projector (we are sorry, we cannot provide Mac adaptors). Please check whether your computer works correctly with the projector before each oral session begins.
